Young Person's Support Worker - Crisis Support Scheme, Bridgend (nightshift)

We are seeking to appoint a Young Person's Support Worker to join the Dewis Crisis Support Scheme Team, to work wakeful 12hr nightshifts on a 3 on, 3 off rota basis.

The role will involve you lone working with the young people accommodated in CSS focusing on providing support, guidance and help with independent living skills and ensuring that young people have a safe and secure environment whilst they are temporarily accommodated within the scheme.  As a Support Worker you will be required to comply with and maintain all necessary administrative and recording systems in the agreed format.

We are look for a flexible team player who demonstrates commitment, a passion for working with young people, including those with complex needs, and achieving successful outcomes.
