We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join us to provide essential support and guidance to the young people we support. 

Your mission will be to:-

- Deliver trauma-informed, outcome focussed support.

- Create a safe and secure environment for the young people accommodated in our services.

- Forge strong, trusting relationships with our young people.

- Foster independent living skills and tenancy management.

- Promote active participation within our service and the community.

We are currently looking to fill the following vacancies:-

Young Person's (Housing Related) Support Worker - Staffed Services - Bridgend

£10.90 per hour

Full and part-time contracts available in 8 hour blocks across a 4 week period to help you achieve a work/life balance.

Due to the continued expansion of our Staffed Services we are seeking individuals who are passionate and dedicated to join us as a Young Person's Support Worker across our established acommodation services in Bridgend, for which you should be comfortable with lone working.

As a vital member of our team you will work closely with our Case Managers (Support Officers) and Outreach Support Workers to provide essential support and guidance to the young people we support in line with our mission of changing young lives for the better.

Casual Support Worker

£10.50 per hour

(NOTE: We no longer accept agency referrals or consider applicants who have been introduced to us via agency)

We are always looking to enhance our team of Casual Support Workers, particularly to support our 24hr staffed housing provisions based in both Port Talbot and Bridgend.

As we enter our next phase of planning, we are keen to recruit additional Trustees to complement and add to the skillset of our Board.
