Young Person's Support Worker

£10.90 per hour

We can offer flexible shifts/dates working 8 hourly blocks in a 4-week shift pattern with many add-on benefits including:-

Young Person’s Support Worker (including outreach and staying overnight on site)

£10.90 per hour

Permanent Contract 19 - 38 hours per week 

As we expand we have a number of permanent roles available supporting x 3 young people at accommodation in Bridgend. We can be flexible with what days you work to fit in with your work-life balance.

The role is lone working, involving an element of outreach work and also includes staying overnight on site. You will be working 19 or 38 hours (eg 3:30pm - 10:30am) per week in a 4 week shift pattern, providing support to the young people, enabling them to build on their strengths as they strive for independence.

Casual Support Worker

£10.50 per hour

(NOTE: We no longer accept agency referrals or consider applicants who have been introduced to us via agency)

We are always looking to enhance our team of Casual Support Workers, particularly to support our 24hr staffed housing provisions based in both Port Talbot and Bridgend.
