We are currently looking to fill the following vacancies:-
Team Manager (Supported Accommodation) Port Talbot - £29,402 per annum
As a Team Manager (Supported Accommodation) you will work closely with the Operational Quality Manager to ensure that support services are delivered effectively and professionally. The role focuses on case managing young people and a small staff team in our 24-hour staffed accommodation and stepdown supported accommodation.
You will ensure operational compliance in support planning and case management practice and, champion trauma-informed service delivery and support, as well as line management, coaching and mentoring of team members, so that robust operational delivery is provided and sustained.
The role will include leading on monitoring and reporting of the contract, and leading bespoke project tasks as required, to meet the needs of the business and, provide excellent operational delivery of our service to young people, promoting tenancy management, independence and move on to sustainable accommodation
As the Team Manager (Supported Accommodation) you will be accountable for meeting deadlines and managing your own caseload of work.
This is a front facing role and hybrid working does not apply.

Support Officer (Supported Accommodation) - Bridgend - £26,422 per annum
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual, with at least 2 years’ experience of supporting young people.
The job is a full-time and permanent role. Hybrid working does not apply to this job role.
Closing date for receipt of a completed Application Form is midday on Tuesday 6th October 2026; interviews will be held during the following week.
The role of a Support Officer means that you will be accountable for a case load of young people, providing housing related support to meet their individual needs and develop their independent living skills.
We deliver trauma-informed, outcome-focussed support and guidance as a Support Officer you will:-
· Forge strong, trusting relationships.
· Foster independent living skills and tenancy management.
· Promote active participation within our service and the community.
We are looking for someone who is approachable, flexible and is able to demonstrate a commitment to achieving successful outcomes, including transition and move-on for the young people we support, in line with our organisational values. You should also be able to work positively with our partners, prioritise your workload and work closely with our on-site Support Workers, giving appropriate direction when required.
Being on-call on a rota basis is a requirement of the job role and an additional payment is made for this.
