Room Hire

Dewis has a first floor meeting room in our Port Talbot Office that is available for hire for the purposes of holding meetings or training. The premises is perfectly situated just off the M4 in the town centre and within walking distance of the bus and train stations.

Dewis will provide a welcoming reception provision and we can also arrange for a buffet on request for those that may require a working lunch.

We also offer self-contained tea/coffee facilities and a selection of biscuits for a nominal charge, to be agreed at the time of booking.

The meeting room can seat up to 10 people comfortably and is available for hire Mondays and Thursdays only between 9am and 5pm. The room has the benefit of free wi-fi, an interactive whiteboard and a multimedia projector. 

Parking: There is a pay & display car-park at the rear of Station Road. We may be able to offer 1 space in our own Car Park, but this is not guaranteed - please enquire at the time of booking.

Full Day £100
Half Day £60

NB: Please note that Dewis Limited cannot accept liability for accidental third party injury to persons or damage to third party property arising from the use of the premises. Therefore the organisation using the facility must maintain satisfactory public third party liability insurance in respect of its usage.
